Invitation to A Monk

Requirements:

1. Application Form
2. Copy of Passport of an applicant
3. Copy of Passport of venerable
4. Photo of Buddhist monk ID Card
5. FEES: AUD30 (By Money Order mentioned the name of “Myanmar Embassy” as payee and the name of the payer must be mentioned on the reverse side of the Money Order.)
6. A prepaid Return Self-Addressed Envelope/ Satchel with a tracking label must be attached.

(NOTE: The Embassy will not take any responsibility for being lost of the return letter during postal service process unless the applicant’s address is not mentioned CLEARLY) (If any damages occurred because of the paper envelope, the Embassy will not take responsibility for it.)
